Welcome to IFHR

Thank you for reviewing this page. There is a brief explanation of each of the four options for services to clients and what you can earn as an outside sales representative.


General information:

  •  An agreement will be created between you and IFHR to offer IFHR's services to businesses across Iowa. 
  • Compensation will be paid as a 1099 outside sales representative in accordance to the contract created.
  • Ongoing compensation:  The rates seen below will continue for the duration of the contract between IFHR and the client you bring in. This means you can do the work once and be paid continuously while a standing agreement exists between you and IFHR*. 

Compensation Listing

Partner Plan (10 Hours Weekly)

$525 a month, which is $6,300 a year. Getting three clients concurrently will bump up to $20,000 yearly

Standard Plan (8 Hours Weekly)

$410 a month, which is $4,920 a year. Getting three clients concurrently will bump up to $15,000 yearly. 

Basic Plan (4 Hours Weekly)

$240 a month, which is $2,880 a year. Getting three clients concurrently will round up to $8,750 yearly.

1 Time Solutions (Varies)

These situations are very flexible and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. It is likely that the percentage will be around 25% of the project. 

Actual compensation will be detailed in the contract and may differ from what is shown above. As an EEOC employer, IFHR will establish actual rates based on experience and performance only. *This continuous compensation requires existing contracts between the client and IFHR & a contract between you and IFHR.
